Now you can order the Commander 245G putting green surface in bulk to use for installs in your home or yard. The New Commander 245G is great for all non infill outdoor installations, SIM greens and hitting bay turf.  The color better matches most hitting mats and it rolls slightly quicker than standard Commander. The other main reason Big Moss picked this surface up, is due to the thickness The 245G is 1/2 inch thick as opposed to just under 3/4 inch (Commander 251)  Due to the reduced thickness we are able to better suit some customers utilizing built in hitting mats in their simulator bays. As with all Big Moss Surfaces, 245G rolls exceptionally smooth and is ultra durable.  We only supply the best in turf.

As always, there is NO MINIMUM turf size required to order and NO CUSTOM CUT FEES.  We can make you the exact dimension your project requires.

FREIGHT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THESE PRODUCTS -  There is a small UPS packaging fee at checkout, usually around 10-15$ but the rest of the Freight is built into the prices.

The largest width that can be shipped freight is 12 ft wide and 30ft long on the website.  Any larger dimension will need to be called in for quote and we can still arrange freight as needed.  The 12x30 ft turf roll weighs roughly 360 lbs.  It is extremely heavy.

Commander putting surface installs easily and is heavy enough in most cases that it can be laid down without permanent install. Customers use this surface outside where conditions demand durability but it also works great in basements, garages, hallways, porches, simulators, etc. Please see photos for ideas and examples
